(Okanagan) K9 Behavior Training Academy is training that encourages your dog to learn social skills as instructed by you in a manner which your dog will easily and readily accept and perform. Behavior training will keep you in charge and assist you in avoiding some of the more common pitfalls of pet ownership. It is useful in rehabilition of non productive behavior patterns of dogs of all age groups from puppies to senior citizens. While we use some obedience and agility type tools, the strategies of behavior training are very different. Behavior training and ALL other forms of k9 training are complementary and necessary.
